Hi!
Creating blend shapes. window- animation- shape editor. Add target and move faces. You can key frame moments.
My blinking will be quite difficult to create due to her large eyes.
Finished rigging face. Left eyebrows as is to move independantly. Fixed sweater. Small issue on neck but not majorly noticeable.

visualise- square next to create turntable- turntable
turn on screen space ambient inclusion and multisample anti aniliasing.
window- animation editor- graph editor
select diagonal line to remove easing.

when exporting UV maps, export as an OBJ and open in substance painter. Finished assignment (textured and modeled 3 objects and Layla, and finished animatic.).

Animation is just pose to pose key frames. To reset drag over whole rig and hit stance pose.

Lights- Use opposing colours on colour wheel for more interesting lights. intensty and exposure turned up.

I am hoping to use a soft flickering blue light (as shown below) to show the TV light, and I hope to continue this lighting throughout the film. The only other light I would like is a strong edged orange round light for the peephole and potentially under the door. I could also use a red or orange light for the intense scene later on.
I then finally managed to get my textured carpet too.

Starting to animate.
Starting to animate.
Shot 1- Hold start as if broken, then blink at keyframe 1. Slow zoom out, hold with another blink. Title suddenly appears filling screen with slight shake. No movement, only breathing sounds as zoom out. PSA voice could cut in after on a 3/4 shot of her or PSA screen. Or play really quietly over zoom out.

Finally rigged and has blend shapes. Had issues with blend shapes in shot 1 so moved on to shot 2. Put whole folder structure (named) into the render farm file on the y drive. open deadline monitor. submit- 3d- maya. name your thing. machine list dots. select a few computers and drag them into the other panel. got to project directory dots and set project. select your scene and make sure output is in images. frame list- 1- number. then submit and it will go. make sure to adjust render settings first in the icon with the clapper board and gear.

ROOM LIGHT- Colour (H-180, S-0.220, V-0.635) Intensity- 10, Exposure- 3.730
DOOR ROOF LIGHT- Colour (H-209.746, S-0.329, V-0.395) Intensity 10, Exposure- 3.176

Textures are fucked. Render still broken. Havent finished animating.
Goals- finish animating and go through and add lights again. Ask Chris how to flicker lights.
FINISH ANIMATING- REDO WALK CYCLE- RE INSTALL TEXTURES- FLICKER LIGHTS- PUT IN LIGHTS- RENDER/ PLAYBLAST (Maybe do a version that looks good in playblasts if time for the event)

extend shot 3- maybe hold for a sec- Done

hold longer on end of shot 6- Done

shot 20 is too dramatic- Fixed
maybe make title degraded and jumpy if able
