 BSA Cross Disciplinary

Hi!

Today we presented our group pitch to the class. I felt like everyone else in my team rushed the proposal as they only contributed to the chat and powerpoint the night before. This made me very anxious about our proposal getting done, considering I had barely heard from anyone other than Eyessa. I feel like we needed people to actually respond to the chat so that we could better communicate and make sure everyone was contributing. It would have also been helpful for things like budget and timeline if we could go over it with other people. Also with groups of two such as marketing and design, we really need to be able to communicate better. I will admit I could have reached out earlier, but in the end I was the only one to write on the slides, and my partner only contributed to the physical presentation. This annoyed me as I really did not want to have to pull anyone elses weight. I feel like I could have covered more with my research but overall i'm mostly okay with what I contributed. I was a bit let down by my team but that can hopefully be fixed through communication and organisation. 

I felt like everyone elses proposals were really good. Team A covered some good stuff, especially with Jessica's finance slide. However Team B was my favorite as I felt like they covered everything in their research, their presentation was organised and charismatic, and from what I have been told their organisation and communication was fantastic due to Morgan's great leading.
