Hi!
Outside of class I worked further on condensing the story into 12 pages. I decided to continue the idea of doing an origin comic about how the team came together. I sketched out some panel layout ideas based on some previous thumbnail pages I had done. 

I then sketched up some very rough storyboard thumbnails to get an idea of the story flow and how I wanted it to look. I want to run this past Chris before I refine the storyboard. 

I started working on some character design development but I couldnt figure out a style that I liked as I didn't want to make the style as complex as my artist models as I will need to draw many pages and that style is above my current skill level. 

We did a tonal drawing challenge to recreate an image while seeing all the colours in black and white. 

I struggled to keep proportions as i decided to sketch with shapes instead of lines. However it was a fun challenge and enjoyed using a more paint-like style and I really enjoy the colours at the end. However quite a few parts of it turned grey as I eyedropped some of the tones. Looking at my finished piece I hate the proportions but I like the shading and final colours.
